Shipping policy

In times of high order volume, please allow us 1-3 business days to process your order. Shipping couriers are not providing guaranteed delivery dates and shipment delay claims are not currently accepted due to COVID-19.

Double check your shipping address! We wouldn’t want you to miss out on your goodies but it’s hard to change your shipping address once it’s with the shipping carrier and practically impossible once it’s been delivered.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages but we package each parcel with care and you can also submit a lost package claim with the shipping courier if that’s the case. 

US Domestic Shipping

  • For orders under $100 (after discounts, excluding taxes), shipping will be calculated based on the weight of products ordered; you will see this calculated before checking out
  • Free shipping for orders over $100 (after discounts, excluding taxes)

 

International Shipping

  • Currently we ship to over 100 countries except countries restricting cosmetics imports, including Spain, Indonesia, and Turkey! Please note that you will be responsible for any custom duties, taxes, and fees.
  • The package needs to clear customs, with varying processing times depending on the country. Canada is closer to the US so it should just take 1-5 business days whereas Australia and countries in Europe will typically have longer processing times. We hope you can understand that this is mandated by the border control of your country and not something we can expedite.
  • No returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds on international orders

 

Return Shipping

  • Please email us at hello@beautywithin.com if you need to return any unopened, unused products and we will email you a return shipping label
  • Once approved, we will refund you minus the shipping costs
  • Products not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund, please package the product in its original shipping container to prevent damage
